The merit-based scholarships are available to students who have been accepted and continuing international students.

The scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, leadership skills, talents, extracurricular activities and community involvement.

These scholarships are not limited to any specific degree or major. The only requirement is that the student must be an accepted and continuing international student with a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester.

Hartwick College is a private liberal arts college in Oneonta, NY. It has been ranked as one of the top colleges in the Northeast by U.S. News & World Report and it is also ranked as one of the best colleges for veterans by Military Times.

Beginning in the fall of 2018, new first-time freshmen from New York state who are enrolled full-time will have their tuition paid for up to $10,000 per year if they are attending Hartwick College

Hartwick College provides scholarships to students based on merit. Students who are accepted to Hartwick College are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships. There is no need to apply for a scholarship in order to be considered for one.

Hartwick College does not offer scholarships based on financial need. Scholarships at Hartwick are awarded on the basis of academic achievement and merit, not financial need or other considerations such as geographical background, race, gender identity or sexual orientation.
